THE CASEY FAMILY IS HONORED TO BE ASSISTING AND CARING FOR THE FAMILY OF ANTOINETTE CEFARATTI

OAKVILLE –Antoinette Cefaratti age 88 of Oakville, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 8, 2018 at Waterbury Hospital surrounded by the love and comfort of her family after a extended illness. She was the widow of Joseph Cefaratti.

Antoinette was born December 17, 1929 in Waterbury, CT, the daughter of the late Rocco and Pasqualina (Longo) Guerrera. She was a lifelong Oakville resident and was a loving and dedicated mother who devoted herself to raising her family. She enjoyed cooking, making arts & crafts and crocheting. After Antoinette became a resident of Meridian Manor Health Care Center in Waterbury, she would often crochet hats, blankets, and other items for other residents and their families. She was a long-time parishioner of Saint Mary Magdalen Church in Oakville.

Among her survivors are her children; Linda Konopka and her husband Theodore of Waterbury, Dorine Mann and her husband, James of Waterbury, her brothers, Richard Guerrera and sister, Patricia Jalbert both of FL as well as her two grandchildren; Jennifer Konopka, and John Russo.She also leaves her 3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her children; Francis Cefaratti, and Patricia Torres as well as several brothers and sisters.


Funeral services for Mrs. Cefaratti will be held on Thursday, January 11th 2017 at 10:30am from O’Neill Funeral Home 742 Main St Oakville, Ct to Saint Mary Magdalen Church, 10 Buckingham St Oakville when a Mass of Christina Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Waterbury. Relatives and friends may visit with Antoinette’s family on Thursday morning from 9:00am until departure for church at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
